Of the 37,946 people living in Parkland in 2020, 51.1 percent (19,388) were women and 48.9 percent (18,558) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pierce Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 349. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,046 females and 1,816 males.
