The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Marilyn Strickland, Strickland for Washington, refunded $250 to Jack Warnick on March 4, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Strickland for Washington has refunded $4,318 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
