On Saturday, May 31, former Peninsula High School standout Hunter Bennett’s current collegiate team the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks won 4-1 against the UT Tyler Patriots in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex at 1:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the UT Tyler Patriots in the tournament.

The Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks’ next game will take place on Monday, June 2 at 6 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex.
